Your Security
The Tires Delivered Web Site has been developed to support secure online shopping through secure socket layer (SSL) technology. This technology works best when the Site is viewed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
The information you provide during the check out process is encrypted for your protection. You will know you are in an encrypted area when you see a closed lock when using Microsoft Internet Explorer or a solid key when using Netscape Navigator. Look for these signs before entering your billing information.
Information that is provided to Tires Delivered as a result of your online purchase or participation in your address book and reminder list is treated as confidential, and will not be sold to any other parties.
Return policy
You may return unmounted wheels & tires in the original
box in NEW condition within 30 days of initial purchase.
A 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges to and
from your business or residence is the purchaser's responsibility.
Wheels & tires mounted (including wheel & tire packages
that we mounted here) or driven on CANNOT BE RETURNED, WITH
NO EXCEPTION, as they are then considered used, and cannot
be sold as new. Once again, fees associated with shipping
to and from your business or residence is the purchaser's
sole responsibility with NO EXCEPTION!! RETURNS SENT WITHOUT
AN RGA # OR WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM A TIRES DELIVERED EMPLOYEE
WILL BE REFUSED, AND SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY,
even if we approve a return after shipping refusal. We will
work with each customer return on a case by case basis.
In the event that the wrong item is sent, contact us within
48 hours of receiving product(s). We will send out the correct
item(s) once the wrong item has been received back by Tires
Delivered. All shipping charges will be covered by Tires
Delivered in the event that the wrong item has been sent,
when Tires Delivered or any of it's suppliers are at fault.
A shipping call tag will be issued, as well as an RGA #,
and either faxed or emailed to customer to attach to package
to return item. All items must be in NEW condition, not
driven upon, modified or customized in any way (painted,
cut, enlargement of lug holes or centerbore, etc.). The
customer will also have the option to purchase another item
or receive a full refund once the wrong item has been received
back.
Cancelling an order
ALL CANCELLED ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A 10% RESTOCKING / HANDLING
FEE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, EVEN IF CANCELLED WITHIN A VERY
SHORT PERIOD OF TIME (EX. A FEW MINUTED AFTER A SALE) FOR
THE FOLLOWING REASONS (A CANCELLED ORDER IS DEFINED AS "CONTACTING
US BACK TO CANCEL AN ORDER, WHERE PAYMENT, EITHER RECEIVED
OR NOT RECEIVED BY TIRES DELIVERED AT THAT TIME, HAS BEEN
AUTHORIZED BY THE CUSTOMER, AND THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN
SHIPPED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER". IF THE ITEM ORDERED HAS
BEEN SHIPPED AND THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO RETURN, REFER TO
OUR RETURN POLICY ABOVE.
....After an order is placed either online or via phone
with a sales rep, all items that were ordered by the customer
are immediately pulled out of inventory and are then committed
to that customer, which prevents us from selling that item
to another customer who may call in or inquire about that
product. If ordering a package, the tires most times are
immediately being installed on the wheels, which involves
labor, and then the wheels cannot be re-sold as new. If
wheels and or tires have to be shipped from another warehouse,
those wheels and or tires are at that time are sold to Tires
Delivered and are immediately committed to us, and we may
have a restocking fee to cancel the shipment, even if the
wheels have not been shipped to our warehouse yet. Not to
mention shipping charges to get the wheels to us first,
just to be shipped back to the warehouse where they came
from. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DEFINITELY WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE
FROM TIRES DELIVERED BEFORE PURCHASING!!! THAT WILL SAVE
YOU FROM A 10% FEE, AS WELL AS A HASSLE FOR US! THAT MEANS
SHOPPING FOR THE BEST PRICE BEFORE PURCHASING
FROM US! TIRES DELIVERED STRIVES TO OFFER THE BEST PRICING
ON EVERY ITEM WE CARRY, BUT OCCASIONALLY SOMEONE MIGHT FIND
A CHEAPER PRICE ELSEWHERE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF
A BETTER PRICE IS FOUND ELSEWHERE AFTER PURCHASING FROM
TIRES DELIVERED.
If wheels and/or wheel & tire
package does not fit correctly
With the exception of pre-1985 vehicles, we offer a wheel
& tire fitment guarantee, that the items sold and shipped
will fit your vehicle, or we will credit you the full amount
towards another set of wheels and/or tires that we offer.We
will issue shipping call tags to get the wheels and/or tires
back to our warehouse in the event that the wheels and/or
tires absolutely will not work, and find a set that will
satisfy the customer as well as work for the vehicle. Because
of oversized calipers, wheel spokes that hit calipers,and
many other reasons, spacers may be necessary in a few cases
and will be offered at no charge to the customer. Measures
will be taken that the correct amount of lug threads will
be given (ET shank lugs or equivelant) to safely use the
wheels on the vehicle, otherwise, wheels will be picked
up at no charge to customer and different wheels will be
offered to the customer. Even if specifications say that
certain wheels will work on a certain application, we have
no control in what will EXACTLY work due to many different
specifications, but we will make it right. If the original
set of wheels absolutely will not work, and the customer
decides to cancel completely, a 20% restocking fee will
apply, but if the customer works with us, as we will with
them, we will take care of the freight to and from them
on each additional set until we find a set that will fit.
NOTE: Spacers or equivelant may be necessary in some situations.
We will issue spacers or equivelant accessories before picking up wheels and finding a different set of wheels
if they can safely be used, and if we feel that they may
cure the problem.
Pre-1985 vehicles
Because our spec books do not tell us any vehicle spec information, we cannot guarantee
proper bolt pattern, offset, size, and/or backside fitments on any vehicle built prior
to 1985. Research is recommended before purchasing wheels
and or tires on pre-1985 vehicles, as they will be shipped
as ordered. For that reason, there is no return on wheel
and tire packages that were shipped for pre-1985 vehicles,
unless incorrect factory or specified bolt pattern wheels
were sent.
Refusing Shipment
If shipment is refused, customer is still responsible for
all shipping charges to and from the destination of the
customer. Credit will be given once wheels and / or tires
are received back to Tires Delivered LLC, NOT when shipment
is refused. Customer will be responsible for 20% (of total
purchase) restocking fee and all shipping charges, and if
purchase is a wheel & tire package, a mount, balance,
dismount, clean-up fee of $20.00 per wheel / tire combination
(on a package, it would amount to $20 x 4 = $80.00) would
apply. Tires Delivered is NOT responsible for shipments
that arrive beyond estimated delivery date, and shipping
charges are still the responsibility of the customer. Tires
Delivered will NOT pursue late shipment credits. If shipment
is beyond the estimated delivery date, it is solely up to
the customer to pursue a credit from our carrier for shipping
charges. Once our account is credited for the late shipment,
credit can be issued to the customer. If Tires Delivered
receives full credit for the late shipment, we will be more
than happy to credit our customer for the full shipping
amount charged as long as shipment has not been refused.
WE WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT UNTIL OUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED.
Hawaii & Alaska Shipments
Due to the high rate of shipping problems with carriers
and the high cost of retrieval fees in the event of a misboxed
or damaged item, we no longer offer shipments to Hawaii
or Alaska, with one exception. No wheel / tire fitment,
or shipping time is guaranteed, even if a salesman says
they will in fact work with no problems (as no fitment is
100% guaranteed due to caliper & clearance issues).
If a damage claim is necessary, it is up to the customer
to file a damage claim with the carrier. Tires Delivered
LLC will in no way pay to retrieve wheels and / or tires
from Hawaii or Alaska, under NO circumstance.
COD Shipments
COD Shipments are available only upon approval from management
of Tires Delivered LLC. Excluded items include wheel &
tire packages or any modified or special order item. Wheels
only, tires only, centercaps, or any item that can be sold
as new if shipment is refused or payment cannot be made
at the time of delivery is potentially eligible for COD
shipments. Extra COD fees may be necessary, and shipping
MUST be prepaid using a credit card, Paypal, money order,
etc. and is non-refundable.
Wheel Vibrations after receiving
wheel & tire package
If there is a wheel/tire vibration after installing wheels
and tires, most likely hub rings may be required. It is
impossible to tell if hub rings are required until wheels/tires
are installed on the vehicle. Hub rings will be provided
at no charge if there is a vibration issue, or if specified
by customer when ordering. In the unlikely case that a wheel
balance issue is present, after installing hub rings, checked
tires, etc. and balance is the only other possibility of
a vibration, Tires Delivered will either re-balance them
using their equipment or re-imburse the customer to have
them re-balanced at a local tire shop (up to $25.00 for
all 4), at the sole discretion of Tires Delivered. This
only applies to wheel and tire packages that have been received
(or signed for) by the customer for a period of THIRTY (30)
days. TIRES DELIVERED DOES NOT OFFER A WARRANTY ON BALANCING,
but guarantees correct balancing when leaving the Tires
Delivered warehouse. NOTE: All balancers
are different. If comparing balance on two different machines,
one machine may say that it is out of balance and the other
machine not, but the wheel/tire can still be in balance,
especially a GSP Road Force balancer. Therefore, wheels
aren't necessarily out of balance if checking on a different
machine. The equipment used by Tires Delivered is top of
the line Hunter equipment, and it is VERY unlikely that
anything leaves here out of balance, so we will need to
try to solve the problem otherwise first, before re-balancing.
Finding a better price after purchasing
PLEASE NOTE! Prices change daily
on certain items due to stock levels (if we have to have
an item shipped, whereas the day before they were in stock)
and amount we purchase at any given time. Wheel and tire
package prices sometimes change daily because of availability
and price of the most entry level tire in a given size.
We are NOT able to refund a difference on wheel & tire
package price difference from one day to another.
Please shop for your items BEFORE ordering from Tires Delivered.
We have NEVER made a claim of guaranteeing the best price,
even though in most cases we have the best price on the
products we carry. We will not give a refund of the price
difference another place has an item for, that was purchased
from Tires Delivered. PLEASE make sure you would like to
purchase our items BEFORE purchasing! In some circumstances,
if we offer a lower price of an item within a reasonable
amount of time, we will take care of our customer and offer
a refund on the difference of what the customer purchased
the items for then, and what we are offering the items for
now. The only exception, other than an extended period of
time, is when we purchase a large quantity of an item, and
our cost is lowered, and we are able to offer that item
at a reduced price. If the item sold to the customer previously
is not part of that quantity purchase, then we are not able
to offer any kind of a refund, because our cost has changed
between that period of time. We will always do what we can,
especially to maintain a happy customer, but unfortunately,
not all pricing issues can be resolved to the customer's
satisfaction due to certain circumstances including cost
of goods sold.
Warranty and/or defective items
If a product is returned to us and is found to be defective,
a new product will be sent at no charge to customer as long
as it falls within the warranty replacement guidelines of
the manufacturer. Shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer, unless the manufacturer agrees to cover
shipping charges. We will assist in the warranty replacement
procedure, and will speak to the manufacturer on our customer's
behalf, and will ask for whatever is in our customer's best
interest.
Privacy policy
Your Personal Information Is Private
We are serious about protecting your personal information.
While shopping with us, we may need personal information
(name, address, phone number, email address, credit card
information, etc.) and you can be confident that we will
not sell, rent, or give any information to third parties.
Email addresses given will NOT be placed on an email list
for solicitation of any kind without your permission.
Errors
Tires Delivered LLC is in no way responsible for pricing
errors published on it's web site. If the product cannot
be fulfilled as described, including price and/or description,
Tires Delivered LLC will offer a 100% refund in full immediately
with or without notifying the customer, depending on the
circumstance (ex. if a $100 tire is bought for $1.00, the
customer may not be contacted, but will be refunded in full).
Due to the high volume of uploaded products, it is virtually
impossible to not have an occasional pricing error. Rest
assured, in the event that something is purchased over the
phone or online, you will be given the option to receive
a full refund, or take a substantial discount off of the
product that was ordered, at the price it was supposed to
be. Because the customer is not at fault, the 10% restocking
fee does NOT apply to products purchased on Tires Delivered.com
for the incorrect price. 100% of the purchase price will
be refunded without a restocking fee of any kind.
Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped to
the billing address of the credit card only WITH ABSOLUTELY
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
All orders will be shipped out insured via UPS, DHL, R&L
Carriers or Fed Ex ground within 3-5 business days unless
other shipping methods or local pick-up is arranged. If
there is an unexpected problem (inventory problems, backorders,
etc.) you will be notified within 3 Days of your purchase.
If such problems occur, the customer will be given the option
to receive a full refund immediately if the product can
not be shipped out (leaving our facility) within 10 business
days. Customers will also have the option to wait on a backorder
or choose another product that can be shipped out immediately.
Damaged or lost items
Don't worry! All products shipped are insured through our
carrier, but here are some things you should know about
how we handle each situation...
Tires Delivered MUST be notified of any damaged items within
48 hours of delivery with NO EXCEPTION! Tires Delivered
is not responsible for any damaged items through shipment,
although, since all wheels and/or tires are insured, a replacement
will be sent out as soon as possible (depending on stock)
once the damaged item has been picked up by the carrier,
or if the customer chooses to do so, purchase another item
and get credited in full once item has been received by
carrier for inspection or by Tires Delivered. TIRES DELIVERED
WILL NOT SHIP OUT ANOTHER ITEM UNTIL ONE OF THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES
HAVE BEEN MET, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION! Tires Delivered
also will not cover any express shipping charges (overnight,
second day, etc.) to get another item to the customer quicker
for any reason that was out of Tires Delivered's control
(ex. lost items from shipping, damaged items from shipping,
warranty replacement, etc.) Any damaged item that
has been mounted on a vehicle WILL NOT be accepted for return! It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items
within 48 hours of shipment.
Installation
All installation liabilities are on the consumer.
Tires Delivered LLC is in no way responsible for
any damage, injury, or anything else resulting from improper
installation of any item sold, EVEN IF IT IS AN APPROVED
FITMENT USING THE TIRESDELIVERED.COM FITMENT TOOLS
(VEHICLE SEARCH, ETC.), OR IF IT IS SAID TO FIT CORRECTLY
BY A TIRES DELIVERED EMPLOYEE. It is the sole responsibility
of the customer to make sure wheels, tires, lugs, hub rings,
or anything purchased from Tires Delivered LLC fits correctly BEFORE installation. Tires Delivered LLC
assumes no liability whatsoever on incorrectly installed
items. It is recommended that a professional installer correctly
install any item purchased from Tires Delivered LLC, including
correct lug nut torque, cleaning of all wheel mounting surfaces,
removing brake rotor rings (installed on the lug studs from
the factory to hold brake rotor flush against the hub during
assembly of vehicle) and anything else required to ensure
the correct installation of any product.
